What products do you offer? We specialize in premium vinyl decals, custom apparel printing, and band merchandise. Our vinyl decals are available in 22+ colors including holographic options, and we offer custom designs for both decals and apparel.

How do I place a custom order? Contact us through our website or email with your design idea, preferred size, and color. We'll work with you to bring your vision to life and provide a quote.

What colors are available? We offer 15 solid Oracal 651 colors (black, white, red, purple, blue, yellow, orange, coral, pink, soft pink, mint, turquoise blue, ice blue, lilac, brimstone yellow) and 7 holographic opal finishes (opal white, peacock blue, hot pink, peach yellow pink, beige orange, hyacinthine, green malachite).

Do holographic options cost more? Yes, holographic vinyl has premium pricing due to the specialty material cost. The price difference is noted in the product listing.

What sizes do you offer? Our standard sizes are Small (4"), Medium (6-8"), and Large (8-12"). Actual size may vary slightly depending on design orientation. Custom sizes available upon request.

VINYL DECAL QUESTIONS

Are your decals waterproof? Yes! All our decals are made with premium Oracal 651 vinyl that is completely waterproof and weather-resistant. They can withstand rain, car washes, snow, and outdoor conditions.

How long do vinyl decals last? With proper application and care, our decals last 3-5+ years outdoors. Indoor applications can last even longer. They're UV-protected so they won't fade in sunlight.

What surfaces can I apply decals to? Our decals stick to any smooth, clean surface including:

• Car windows and bumpers

• Laptops and tablets

• Phone cases

• Water bottles and tumblers

• Mirrors

• Notebooks and journals

• Guitars and instruments

• Walls (smooth painted surfaces)

• Any other smooth, non-porous surface

Will the decal damage my car? No! Our vinyl is designed to be removable without leaving residue when properly removed. Always remove slowly and carefully at a 45-degree angle. Avoid applying to freshly painted surfaces (wait 90 days).

Can I put decals on textured surfaces? Decals work best on smooth surfaces. Textured surfaces may cause the edges to lift over time.

APPLICATION & CARE

How do I apply my decal?

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and let dry

2. Peel the backing paper away from the decal

3. Position the decal on your surface

4. Use a credit card or squeegee to smooth out bubbles from center to edges

5. Slowly peel away the transfer tape at a 45-degree angle

6. Wait 24-48 hours before exposing to water or extreme temperatures

What if I get bubbles during application? Small bubbles can be smoothed out with a credit card. For stubborn bubbles, carefully lift the decal and reapply. Tiny bubbles (pinpoint size) will usually disappear on their own within 24-48 hours.

Can I reuse a vinyl decal? No, vinyl decals are designed for one-time application. Once removed, the adhesive will not restick properly.

How do I remove a decal? Peel slowly at a 45-degree angle. For stubborn decals, use a hairdryer to warm the vinyl slightly, which makes removal easier. Clean any residue with rubbing alcohol or adhesive remover.

How do I care for my decal?

• Hand wash recommended for drinkware

• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing

• For car decals, touchless car washes are safest (though ours can handle regular car washes)

• Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals

APPAREL QUESTIONS

What type of printing do you use? We use high-quality vinyl printing for durable, long-lasting designs that won't crack or fade with proper care.

How do I care for printed apparel?

• Wash inside out in cold water

• Tumble dry low or hang dry

• Do not iron directly on the design

• Do not bleach

• Avoid fabric softeners on the design area

What sizes do you offer for apparel? We offer standard unisex sizing. Specific size charts are available on each product listing.

Can I request a custom apparel design? Absolutely! Contact us with your idea and we'll work with you to create a custom design.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does processing take? Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take 5-7 business days depending on complexity.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders include delivery duty paid (DDP) options so there are no surprise fees at customs.

How much is shipping? Domestic shipping starts at $1.50-3.00 for decals. International shipping varies by destination and includes a small handling fee. Calculated at checkout.

Do you offer tracking? Yes! All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

What if my package is lost or damaged? Contact us immediately if your package is lost, damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on standard orders. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

What if I receive a defective product? Contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
